• A long term relationship in which a franchisor offers an authorized privilege to the franchisee to carry on business on his name. Also offers support in planning, training, marketing and managing in exchange for a monetary consideration essentially, a franchisee pays an initial fee and ongoing royalties to a franchisor in return. The franchisee gets benefit of using trademark, continuous assistance from the franchisor, and the right to use the franchisor’s system of doing business and sell its products or services under franchisor’s brand name.
• Special territory rights according to the agreement specified on the basis of geography(radius) destination and structure with least number of commitment based on potential of the territory
